RANCE FROMME
Founding Partner
President & CEO
Mr. Fromme is the Founding Partner, President & CEO of Tivoli Midstream. In this role, he brings more than 21 years of management and operations experience in the midstream and petrochemical industry. Previously, he held senior positions with The Dow Chemical Company and Oiltanking in the United States and internationally. President and CEO of Oiltanking North America, he led the successful growth of the North American business and focused on improving HSE performance. Fromme received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Houston Clear Lake. He has served on numerous boards and most recently served on the International Liquid Terminal Association (ILTA) Board of Directors.
RICK ADAMS
Founding Partner
Chief Commercial Officer
Mr. Adams brings more than 20 years of management, sales and business development experience in the energy industry managing marine terminals, logistical assets, supply and distribution, and asset development handling a variety of commodities. Previously, he served as Director of Commercial development at Factor Gas Liquids, where he focused commercial efforts supporting physical trading and asset development for various refinery and petrochemical feedstock products. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions and helped growth companies with strategy and execution plans utilizing his experience and training as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Mr. Adams also has extensive knowledge of optimization and implementation of strategic assets within the logistical value chain. Mr. Adams is active in his local Houston community and supports multiple philanthropic organizations including the Juvenile Arthritis Foundation, Birdies for The Brave, Life Point Church – Finance Team, and on the Board of Directors of Texas City – La Marque Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Adams has a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
WILLIAM BROD

Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Brod brings more than 30 years of finance and accounting experience in the energy and power sector to Tivoli Midstream. As CFO, he is responsible for all of the company’s financial, accounting, tax and audit functions and oversees enterprise risk management, human resources and compliance functions. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Brod has served as CFO for several energy sector companies including Oiltanking North America, American Electric Technologies and the North America Generation division of AES Corporation. He is a certified public accountant. Mr. Brod received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting and an Executive MBA in Global Energy Management from the University of Houston.
